Hydra Express Demaquillant is a two-phase product, one part oily and one aqueous. The oil phase removes all types of eye make-up instantly and the acqueous phase dissolves make-up, removing any oil residue from the skin around the eyes.

Directions for use:

Shake before use in order to mix the two phases. Apply to dry cotton wool (using a separate cotton pad for each eye) and then gently sweep over the eyes.
