How to use:
Apply a generous coat over your choice of Phenom nail polish, using 3-4 long strokes for an even coverage. Remember to paint along the free edge of the nail to seal in the shine.

EXPERT TIP:
Always prepare your nails for painting. Scrub them with a dampened nail brush and and dry thoroughly. This will ensure the perfect surface, free of any traces of nail polish remover or oil that could lift your nail polish.
